We loved the spacious and clean rooms, exactly what we expected for the price. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and the city. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the room had big windows that let in lots of natural light, making it bright and sunny throughout our stay.
Can't fault anything about it.
The room was cosy and perfect for my family to relax after a long trip. Cleanliness was top-notch, even down to the coffee sachets. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to shopping malls and hospitals. Free parking was a bonus for me and my grandson. The staff were nice and accommodating throughout our stay.
Nothing that I didn't like.
I had a fantastic stay at this Auckland hotel. The staff and manager were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. One nice touch was the complimentary bottled water that was replenished daily. The hotel also had plenty of free on-site parking available, which was very convenient for me as I was traveling with a car. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was only a 10-minute easy walk to the Westfield Centre in Newmarket, where there were plenty of shopping and dining options. The hotel even offered a free airport shuttle service for those who needed it, although I did not make use of it.
For us, it was ideal.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The spacious and clean room was one of the best aspects. Additionally, the friendly staff and the authentic Sichuan/ Chongqing food served in the restaurant were a big bonus for me. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the highway, the Newmarket shopping area, and even a badminton hall. The free parking provided here was greatly appreciated, especially for me and my grandson. the hotel ticked all the boxes for cleanliness, facilities, parking, transportation, and location for shopping and public transport.
